Hello everyone. Please I do have a question and hopefully someone out here will have the answer. Am a us citizen and during my naturalization process I applied for a change of last name which was successfully done. My son is still with a green card and is below 10yrs of age. Am trying to get his certificate of naturalization but he still has my old last name on his green card. The question here is this: how do I go about making sure the certificate that will be issued to him bears my newly changed last name? Do I go to the court first to change the name or what? Please I need your urgent advice. Thanks and patiencely awaiting a response from you all.

We got documentarily qualified (DQd) December 2020 and was requested to add a joint affidavit of support (AOS) January 2021. Can anyone please help us unravel the following puzzles;

i. Will the joint affidavit of support (AOS) status on the NVC website change from "SUBMITTED" to "ACCEPTED" after NVC accept it.

ii. Are we suppose to have been schedule an interview date or is the wait not too long ?

What is the procedure for I-130 expedited services with USCIS/DHS?

A special needs adult US citizen needs to bring in her parent urgently. What procedures should the lawyer expect to follow in cases requesting expedition?

WAC# has been received by cell SMS and instructions were that the Official receipt notice I-797 to follow in mail, but no case status is showing on my.USCIS website.

We are not sure if we are to contact USCIS by phone to request expedition services again or we should continue waiting for Form I-797, as we have submitted an expedition letter request with the I-130 on 05-07-21.
