Quick question, should my husband bring ONLY my tax information, marriage license, new photos, and his civil documents to his interview OR should it include what was submitted to USCIS?

Im preparing the package for him. We did not get an interview date yet.

I hope this general word of hope and prayer be accepted and encourage many, such as my new wife and I entering year 2 of our visa journey (likely 1 more year to go). It is for people of all faiths, though we are Christian, and all nations, my wife being in Nigeria. I ask you pray if you believe and things will indeed change.

I pray the detriment and aftermath of Covid-19 be ended this year in Jesus' name. It is not a myth, but evil, and we stand against it. It has killed and wounded millions of lives, wrecked and delayed many of our plans, secluded and divided many fragile communities, and amplified and enabled systematic failures and inequities risking many hopes and dreams. I am not one giving up, and I pray for hope many struggling to cope. Masks or not, the aftermath must end, and I ask you pray also, that we can again live, celebrate and thrive in this age of promise and new opportunity. May the terror of Covid 19 be ended and a new age of hope be born strengthening and reviving that love and hope when first our dreams were born, to our Heavenly Father we pray, Amen.

A friend of mine did zoom wedding through Utah and consumated a year after due to medical reasons. Now they filed and case is approved, their marriage is almost two years now. Would it be changed to IR1 automatically or does he have to contact NVC?

Greetings everyone! Is there anyone here with familiarity with form Ds-5507. I filed a CRBA( consular report of birth abroad of Us citizen) and have interview appointment scheduled next month. Unfortunately, the mother will only appear at the interview with my child. Anyone knows who notarizes form Ds-5507 when the Us citizen father is unable to attend the interview. It was earlier notarized by my bank in the states but the consular rejected it with directive to go to passport acceptance agent, even the passport facility has no knowledge of the form. My question remains: Does anyone knows who notarizes form Ds-5507 in the USA.

I checked this forum and can't find much info on other visa's apart from Family and Marriage

I am creating this topic for those of us waiting for interview dates at the Lagos embassy. I do know they are working through backlog right now.

Please post your DQ dates so we all can get a gauge on the progress being made!
