Hello everyone. I am a bit confused and need clarification, I filed last year to remove conditions on my Cr1 visa. After filing I got form I-797 giving me an 18 months extension while I wait for my conditions to be removed. October this year completes 18 months and I received another for I-797 today in the mail still stating that I have 18 months extension from the expiration date on my greencard. Is the second I-797 an extension for the first one I got or what? I m confused. Has anyone experienced this before? Please I need clarification. Thanks everyone.

Good morning, I filed i130 for my mum in May and she got approved September 2nd . We are waiting for NVC to email us. I am now filing for my husband who is in Botswana. Now to my question on filling out my husband's forms there is a question there asking if I have petition for any one before, I clicked yes an they are asking where it was filed. I don't know how to answer that part. They also asked if it was approved and I said yes since i130 is already approved. Question 2)

, what other documment should I submit with my husband's application?

Hi everyone, at what stage of i-130 will the beneficiary turn their Birth Certificate in. Is it part of the documents that must be submitted with i-130?

Sad news!!! Yesterday September 3rd, my wife had a car wreck with a 5yo baby girl in the car. Initial update I got was fractured bone in the lower leg.
However, half an hour ago I got new updates; both ankles were fractured and needing surgery - she is in surgery right this moment -, she has fractures to cervical and thoracic vertebrae, fractured sternum, 3 fractured ribs and a collapsed right lower lobe of her lung.
My questions are; do we have real chance for an expedite approval? Who files it, USC or I the beneficiary? What documents do we need to attach? Do I wait till she gets out of surgery and can talk before acting? Please I need your advices. What should we do???
