US Immigration from Nigeria

So I submitted my wife s documents to the nvc on may 7th and till now they have not been reviewed, I haven t heard nothing from them ever since and I ve seen people get dc that submitted in June. Is anyone going through this same process? Her category is F2a although on the ceac website it says c21 could that be the problem. Today will make it our second year anniversary so that category should change.

Is there anyone waiting for DNA sample collection appointment at US Embassy in Lagos. Collection kit was delivered since January 16, 2020.

Anyone knows what the current requirement is in order to get an N-426 certified for active or guard member? I know you needed only 1 day of active duty at some point but I m not sure what it is now. TIA

Hello guys,
I did my IR1 visa interview March 24th 2021. During the interview the Consular Officer denied my Visa and held on to my Passport. I was told that a decision would be made in some days concerning the Visa.
Last 2weeks I got a call from the Embassy to come for another interview. During the second interview the Consular Officer told me base on the Ban still running i can't get a visa now but I am qualified for a Waiver. I should go ahead and apply for a Waiver then she returned my Passport to me.
I asked her what are my Options if I didn't apply for the Waiver. She(Consular Officer) told me I can as well wait till December 2021 for the Ban to be Over then I can send the Embassy Email My file will be Re-Open for a Visa processing.

My question now: Should I go ahead and applied for the waiver(Form I-601) or just wait for the next 5months for the Ban to be over. Please what are the my chances.
Have anyone experience same or waited for the Ban to be over. How long did it take for the Embassy to issued Visa after the Ban is over.

Am new here , I need some advice from you..

We drop off our case form i-129 for uscis on 12 -01 - 2019 and by 12-13-2019 we got replied with case number WACXXXXXXX, after a year," January this year " we requested for case filling information..we got an email started that our status was moved to Vermont process center, and "the case has been pending due to waiting for background checking results ", in June this year we called usics twice, this first called service said still in progress line and second time service gave us some number to write down because our was already pass processing time, so uscis service will got back to us after 5 days.. after that we received a called from them and still says that the case filling is still processing..

My questions now ...

1-How long it takes for uscis to process i-129?

2- Is there any way to speed up after 21 months ?

3- In Vermont center now they are processing October 2020 case filling , which our case filling is December 2019, we are confused about this issue, what is your take on this?
