US Immigration from Nigeria

So on Nov 10, USCIS scheduled my spouse (petitioner) for interview. She's a US citizen. She's legally divorced and I'm never married untill I met her. I know it's a very rare case. Our priority date is Feb 25 2020. Texas service center before our case got transferred to Potomac. What are we to expect during the interview?

If the beneficiary moves to another country after I 130 filed at USCIS but before approval and submission to NVC, would they have to travel back to Country of Origin or because we will submit with NVC the new address it will go based off the new country ?

I know its bold, but I am plans to stay a prolonged time in my wife's country Nigeria as we wait in the DQ line. I have heard several people who stayed a few months in their spouses country, and I am interested in thoughts and advice to make the stay fruitful. I am discussing remote work options with my employer and I teach online, so I am not worried for income.

The consideration that this could be prolonged ie 1year+ is a possibility, but microtrips are costlier in the long run, and I am fine being a digital nomad in the meantime.

I will be filing my N400 application sometime January next year under the 3 years rule since I m married to a US citizen. Please what are the list of documents should I start preparing for? And do I need to send or upload photos of me and my spouse? because my spouse don t like taking photos lol.

NB: I will be filing online.

After working with Individual Tax payer identification number (ITIN) and also paid tax with an agency for over 2years.

Now married to a US citizen and planning to apply for EAD while adjusting status.

Will it be out of place to state in the I- 130 and I-130A form that I actually work or to declare unemployed in order to

avoid all sorts of complications?
