Hello Beautiful People, I submitted my N400 online this morning at about 5:30am EST and within few minutes it shows biometrics reused and is being actively reviewed by USCIS. It also went from 15months to 13 months processing. My estimated time is 13months and I reside in Atlanta.

Hi everyone, We filed an expedite last year with the help of Congresswoman office and it was denied, and I filed again twice same year and got straight out denial without even asking to submit anything. So this year January 4, 2022 I filed again under emergency/humanitarian reasons and got an email to submit evidence to back up my claim, I sent recent pictures of my woman's foot with infections, and also sent medical records showing previous foot amputation and likely another one. I received an email from USCIS today. We don't know if it means approved or when we can expect NOA2

Sorry, I m not sure if this is the right forum to post this but my fianc and I recently got engaged (Nigerian) and are now trying to figure out our next steps. We would prefer to get married in Nigeria but given the immigration ban that was placed last year, we are thinking now that it might be better to file for k1 and get married in America instead. Any advice?

Hello, My Wife and my case was documentarily qualified early August 2021. My WIfe's country of origin is Nigeria. I have been there twice, first in March 2020 when we were married (after a year of communication), then again in April 2021. We are waiting her scheduled interview at the Consulate. I am unsure I will be able to visit again prior to the interview because it is not easy for me to get the time off of work and I'm wondering if this could be detrimental to our case come interview time. Based on current timelines, I would expect the interview to be somewhere around August 2022. I have seen in the Consulate interview reviews that they often ask the last time the beneficiary saw the spouse. Is there any standard for how often the petitioning spouse should be visiting, or how long is considered too long in the eyes of the Consular Officer?
