US Immigration from New Zealand

Hello. Do you have any idea how long the Auckland consulate is taking to issue employment-based immigrant visas? We had our interview nearly 5 weeks ago (EB visa) and they still have not processed the visa nor returned our passports. Every time I check with them they just say its still being processed and can't give me a timeline of how long that will take. No administrative processing or 221g forms received. Any idea what's going on there?

I have just submitted my N-400 but my GC expires in three months. Do I have to apply for an extension of my GC, and if so, how long does that usually take?

My husband has been granted his CR-1 visa & is set to fly out to join me this Saturday - he's wondering if he goes through the resident/citizen line at Customs when he arrives. Anyone have advice or if this has already been discussed if you could point me to the right thread?

Hello. We had our EB3 interview in Auckland on 4 May and our status has not yet changed online. Still shows "Ready", same as it was before the interview. I have checked with the consulate and they say the officer is still adjudicating the application. How long after your interview was your visa approved and issued?

Hi guys,

I'm just wondering what's the next status update...we've sent our RFE response into USCIS and they received it at lee's summit MO and my USCIS status says "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received" and we have begun working on your case again.

What's next from here? our biometrics appointment is next week and just wondering what the next status update will be, any knowledge out there??
