Im in need of some suggestions with an issue with the medical examination. My fiance has his appointment on September 28 and when he tried to get an appointment on the last week of August, in Casablanca he was told he had to wait till September. Well, he called today and the lady got extremely mad and told him he didnt have to call all the time and that there was still time. I think she s just being rude and uncooperative, but I ask, is there a way that I can call the embassy or communicate with them in any way to complain about her actions? I only want him to be prepared, but it seems she s deliberately trying to delay.

I have a question: Our K1 visa was refused on 3-August-2021. We had to turn in a few missing documents with my fianc 's passport. Today, we discovered that the date was updated to 30-August-2021. However, the status still says "Refused." What does the date change signify, if anything? Thank you for all your help and advice.

I'm preparing to work on Adjustment of Status for my husband. I'm reading some places that an I-130 is required and other places it isn't mentioned. Is this one of the applications that we should complete for Adjustment of Status?

Hi everyone, we attended the green card interview on 2/8/21 in Hartford, CT and then waited 5 months for them to send us a letter that the medical was lost and that they needed another to make a final decision. During this time of waiting, we moved from Connecticut to Florida. Of course, we updated the mailing address. They know we live in Florida because they sent the request for a new medical to our new address here. We completed the medical and sent it out. As of today, they updated the website requiring a second interview in Connecticut. They know we live in Florida because I got the letter here. Can something be done so we can attend the interview in Tampa, FL instead of both of us getting on airplanes and traveling across the country for an interview?
