US Immigration from Morocco

Good Afternoon!

Starting to do my research for AOS process. In Morocco there is two birth certificates, the long and the short one. For the AOS portion in the US, does USCIS prefer the short or the long certificate in English?

If we file the I-485, I-765 and I-131 all together, do they all arrive in the mail at the same time? I know there will be an interview we attend together here in the states, but not sure if that's after he receives any cards first or before.

Any advice is appreciated!

asking for my brother who is US citizen and filed I-130 for my mother. 01/2020 was received and no update at all! Is this normal for current processing time? Country of residence is Morocco. We wanted to ask before we call USCIS for update if that s even an option

My wife got a divorce 5 months now and we just got married a month now and she went back to usa . Can she apply for me there so i can come live with her or she have to wait a year to do so

Because i heard that she have to wait for a year to pass since the previous marriage. before she can apply to bring her current husband to the state

We are thrilled to be entering the NVC process! At what point will we have to submit a 2020 transcript and what if we don't have it yet? Would the NVC or consulate accept a 1040 return form and W2s?

I'm reading instructions for the I-864. It says to include all unmarried children under 21, but "You may exclude any unmarried children under 21 years of age, if these children have reached majority under the law of their place of domicile and you do not claim them as dependents on your Federal income tax returns." My son is in college. He uses my address and lives at home during the summer. I did not claim him as a dependent on my taxes in 2020. He supports himself and my parents have been kind enough to pay for his dorm at college. He uses scholarships and loans to pay the tuition. The other issue is that he will be 21 in December and I don't see anywhere on the form that asks for names and birth dates for the children. I don't know whether to include him. Even if he's legally viewed as a dependent (which I'm unsure of after reading the instructions), he won't be in 2.5 months.
