US Immigration from Mexico

Has anyone encountered issues because of Inter-religious marriage? In IR1 or any marriage based immigration. My husband and I don t share religion, it has never been a problem for us. But it has come to my attention that that might be questioned at the consular interview. Looking at the list of possible questions, some were what is you spouses religion? What is your religion the answer to those questions obviously won t be the same in our case. I m wondering if the officer will see that as a bag thing; neither of us wishes to convert, it doesn t bother us, we simply respect each others religious views and that s that.

My fiance and I would like to get married so that we can file for the CR1. Research shows me that different states in Mexico require different things. He lives in Mexico City. Does anyone know the requirements for getting married in MEXICO CITY? Or if you know of a state in Mexico that requires less than others, we are open to that too? TIA

Long story short, my husband had to apply for a naturalization certificate replacement due to a USCIS error. So far everything has been smooth sailing. Friday he has his biometric appointment in Alexandria, Virginia. Does anyone know what we should expect?

case was sent to ciudad juarez on september 8, how long will it be till i should be expecting my appointment letter? the letter informing me the case was sent to the consulate says my expedite was approved, but i never sent an expedite request. my priority date however is june 26, 2017

I already submitted my I-130 4 months ago and I have been reading that people have been getting denied due to lack of evidence. Can I somehow continue to add more evidence as it becomes available? All I had in there was 4 memorandoms from people that know the both of us. I did not add any pictures, or health insurance information. It is currently actively being reviewed. Thanks in advance for any information.
