Has anyone had an issue with piercings at their medical in Mexico City?

Hello - my fianc has her interview for the K-1 visa in Mexico on January 14. In the email that the embassy sent us they included the following in the list of documents we have to bring:

Original and copy of the police certificates from each place where the applicants have lived for six months or more since the age of 16. If you have been convicted of a crime or an offense, you must submit a written certificate by the court describing each offense.

What is a police certificate? I've lived in many places since I was 16, I'm a little worried that I won't be able to get a police certificate from every police department. For example, I lived in New Orleans for a year but never got into any trouble, what would the police certificate be giving me a certificate about? Or does "each place" mean "each country".

Has anyone submitted an AOS in Sacramento. Does anyone have update on interviews?

My wife applied for ROC in July 2020, got her 18 month letter a week later and then got the fingerprints taken at the Tucson USCIS office in December 2020. We have heard nothing since on our case.

Will she have to redo fingerprints if this takes 3 more years to approve?

my husband was approved 12/6 that same day his case was updated and said ISSUED then again on 12/10 it said case last updated same thing we are still here waiting for his visa . anyone else from 12/6 or around that time get their visa yet?
