Hello - My wife entered the US with her K-1 visa and now we are filing the I-485. What is part 8 question 1 asking for? It seems like it is asking for information of any club my wife has ever been a part of, like including dance teams? Thank you!

Hello - My wife entered the US on a K-1 visa and now we are filing her Form I-485. She is the owner of a business in her home county but is it okay to put in Form I-485 that she is still currently the owner of this business? Or will USCIS have a problem with any employment that my wife has during the period from entering the US and until she receives her green card? Thank you!

Hello - My fiance is going to enter the US in August with her K-1 visa from Mexico and we are going to bring her dog with us. We are going to drive over the border and then fly to NYC from Dallas. Has anyone else entered with a dog and can point us in the right direction for the paperwork/requirements we need? Thanks!
