Hello! How are you?

I'm male 28 years old, I'm in the United States (B1/b2 visa) since 3 months ago and I'm getting married to my girlfriend in one month, she is 23 years old US Citizen. I have to go back to Mexico after the honeymoon and we will do consular processing.

I'm stressed to be honest. We want to start the process after getting married but we won't have enough proof for bona-fide marriage.

We only have a couple of PICTURES, proposal (ring purchase ticket) with her best friends on it, watching movies, going out to watch a hockey game.

Some of my siblings will be at the wedding, and her siblings, parents and friends will be there too, so we will have the opportunity to take pictures at the wedding with our relatives, and also we will have pictures of our honeymoon.

I have shared a lot of good moments with her and her family. However she doesn't like pictures, I completely understand, I love her, I don't like pictures either. But we don't have enough proof that we shared nice time with family.

We also have proof of a lot of texting and calling since one year ago.

I have passport stamps when she visited me in Mexico, but we only have one picture.

We don't have join bank account, or utilities bills because I'm temporarily in the USA I have to go back to Mexico.

I've researched about the USCIS requirements and we don't have all of that. I'm terrified. I love her so much but I never thought this process was so demanding.

I know what helps most to demonstrate bona-fide marriage is like shared finances or property, but since I don't work in the US and I'm just temporary visitor in the US I just think this requirement is hard to have it.

So in summary we will only have pictures, continue communication proof, passport stamps, some purchase receipts and marriage certificate.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All,

I started the process for the N400 for my spouse on Friday. I had a difficult time uploading each of our taxes for 2019, 2020 and 2021 in pdf form because it kept saying the file was over 6 MB.

I finally decided to remove some pages out of the PDF to make it work. I only included the 1040 and the state tax pages.

I didn t want to do it that way but I felt like I had no choice in order to make it all fit. I have not submitted it yet as it is still in rough draft status.

should I submit it like that or is there another way to include all pages of each tax return??

Ok so my beneficiary has lived at 5 different addresses in the past 5 year. I am going to type up a separate document with all the address details. Should I put my name and address on the header or hers? My initial thought Is mine since I am completing the I-129F form, but it is information regarding her so I m second guessing myself. Also should I sign the document at the bottom or have her do it?

I gathered my certified copies of court documents as I am supposed to do to submit with my petition.(criminal records) I know that USCIS seems to want photo copies of everything, not originals, but I am a little unclear on this part. Do they want the actual certified court copies (with raised seals), or exact photo copies of them?

I am in the process of filling out my beneficiary s address history. She lives in Cozumel, Mexico and the addresses are confusing and complicated to say the least. Anyways she is in Cozumel, which is in the state of Quintana Roo, country Mexico. However, the application only allows you to input states from the US. Should I just leave it blank and only in put the city and country (Cozumel Mexico), or should I put Quintana Roo as province?

Example:

Address: 123 Easy St

aptatment #1

City/town: Cozumel

State: [only available to select US states]

Province: N/A or Q.ROO

Postal code: 12345

Country: Mexico
