Hello - My fiance is going to enter the US in August with her K-1 visa from Mexico and we are going to bring her dog with us. We are going to drive over the border and then fly to NYC from Dallas.

Has anyone else entered with a dog and can point us in the right direction for the paperwork/requirements we need?

Thanks!

Thanks!

My wife came over on a K1 visa from M xico in September 2021. We submitted her I-485 paperwork and had checked the "I need a social security number" box. She did have her biometrics appointment March 24, 2022 but no new news aince then. We are hitting other annoyances with her not having a SSN. Are we able to expedite just the SSN portion? I realize now that applying separately for the SSN beforehand would have been the better option (we didn't want to deal with the name change on the SSN) Can we apply for her SSN now seperately, even though it is in process on the I-485 as well?

Is I-751 Required for automatic citizenship?

My daughters got their 2 year green cards based on my being their step parent. I had adopted them though prior to them getting their green cards. Their 2 year adoption anniversary comes up before I need to apply to get their conditions removed. I have done lots of research but I can't find any answers to the question if they have to have conditions removed before they automatically become citizens or does the green card they have now cover that for citizenship purpose. I don't want to miss filing and then discover that they needed a 10 year card to qualify for citizenship. Has anyone else been thru this that might have an answer?

The retiree receives approximately $2,800 monthly from social security and a small military pension.

Thanks in advance.
