US Immigration from Mexico

To my surprise, NVC sent a message saying they want the Petitioners divorce papers.

I had taken advice on this forum and not sent them because there were many posts about things being about the Beneficiary, and I had also sent this with USCIS docs.

Now it does say ACCEPTED for both categories, so I don't know if I'm done or they will review again.

Either way I'm obviously going to upload the divorce papers, not sure which category it goes in, maybe I'll add it to both.

I need to reschedule our green card interview that is supposed to happen next week due to exhibiting COVID like symptoms. However, when I call the number it just says to follow the instructions on the interview letter and the interview letter says to call the number. I can't for the life of me get an actual person on the phone. Suggestions?

I got a number starting with IOE which appears to mean electronic filed but I sent in a paper application. Has anyone else gotten that?

So my wife and I have her AOS interview coming up this week. We submitted the affidavit of support with our original application. The interview notice says to bring an affidavit of support unless already submitted so I assume we should be good, but my/our financial situation has changed greatly since we sent the application. We bought a house so I don t have nearly the amount of cash I did before and my investment portfolio has changed a lot as well. Do we need to update them on our current financial status or do we not need to worry about it?

I am trying to complete form I-751 (adjustment of status )I am trying to understand what to do on Part 5.

My husband, who is the petitioner, has 4 daughters, one who lives in

the United States and 3 who live in Mexico. The daughter who lives in Mexico cannot file with her father as

she was not within the 90 day mark. I know there is a checkmark that asks if the child is applying with you and I

understand I can mark no in that box; however, she is 22 years old and not a dependent. Do I still need to list

her and send the fingerprint card, passport photos when she will be applying individually in 5 months?

Also, if I list the other children living in Mexico do I really have to get their fingerprints and passport photos

when my husband cannot even travel to Mexico right now and that seems impossible to get.
