Hello all, Not sure if the information is accurate but I called to see the status of my case and according to USCIS, It s ready to be reviewed by an agent . Now I m not sure about time frames or any of that sort but what does that mean in terms of timeframes? My account does not have this status change. Also I asked if this status change would reflect on my account and they said no, not unless I m getting approved/denied or get an RFE. Any insight would help?

Hello, I filed a I-130 and got access to my online account and noticed my birthday was incorrect It was a mistake from the agency, and I quickly called immigration and they set up a date of when it would be corrected by an agent. Would that cause a delay? (Not an RFE) Or would this help have more oversight on my case?

We have an issue and was wondering if anyone has any input on this. My wife and stepchildren's green cards are in the mail. Hurrah! Now the issue we may have is that in order to include them in the 2020 tax filing they will need a social security number. The problem is that the local office is scheduling appointments for May which is after the tax filing deadline of April 15. We can't apply for ITIN because their GC makes them eligible for SSNs. So, that leaves us with no SSN or ITIN when we file our taxes. Has anyone encountered this issue? Any advice?

I've seen other forums about Potomac working on cases that were filed in JAN 2020. How valid is this? I've checked the estimated processing times on here it and seems as though they are working on MAY2020 cases filed.

Hi: I apologize if this is posted somewhere else (couldn't find it by searching...) but I'm gathering evidence for meeting in-person over last 2 years for my fiance and I. I have some partial and some complete evidence for meeting 25 times in the past ~1.5 years including: some airline airline receipts, some boarding passes, car rentals, airbnb rentals, credit card statements, and of course photos (some with actual date stamps...). My question is: Is this overkill? should I show things like my credit card statements with notations in the margins to help them read it? This is my first time. Thanks!
