We finally have an appointment after a year of delay due to Covid. I will be having my interview at Ciudad Juarez in Mexico soon. We processed through DCF. Quick question about the i-864. My husband had lost his job during covid here in Mexico and so my mother-in-law will be my sponsor. Does we have to submit an affidavit of support for my husband still even if he is without a job? Or just for my mother in law?

Ok my husband filed his N400 Sep of 2020 (under3yr rule of still being married). He recently received the Biometrics Reuse letter so I'm guessing a couple of months for interview. My question is he has a prostitution case (dismissed)from 18yrs ago and DWI as well will this affect him at his naturalization interview any insight will be helpful thanks OR will they just take at its been a long time so won't affect I'm worried because I just saw someone with a conviction over 25yrs old n still affected case

Guys - my niece was born in January 2007 and arrived as a baby to the USA undocumented on April 2007. She has attended elementary, and is currently enrolled in high school in the USA. She has lived continuously in the USA since June 15th 2007, and next year she will be 15 years old (so she will qualify for DACA next year).

So our concern, other than first grade of elementary school, how else would she proof that she arrived when she was a baby if she came in undocumented? Has anyone had any luck with this?

Hi! My husband recently got his interview in Juarez on March 8, 2021. Has anyone been there recently? Do you have any advice for us or can explain how it is working there. I was researching to fly to El Paso and drive to Juarez from there, but I wasn t sure how the border is working since I normally fly to Mexico City to visit him. Am I able to cross the border at this time?
