US Immigration from Malaysia

My understanding is once we get married, she can fill out form i-765 and that takes 4 to 7 months to process. So roughly ~6 months?

What are the specific rules on not being allowed to work until she receives works authorization? We both separately run an online business. Does this mean she can no longer manage or earn money from her online business? What about my business, can she perform work for my business for free? If i'm at a craft fair, and she is behind my table helping me sell merchandise (as an assistant/volunteer, not an employee), is that technically legal or illegal?

I work part time for another business that would hire her the moment she is allowed to be employed. Would that help allow her to start working sooner?

I know these are very specific questions! I hope I can get some answers so I know what to expect when she arrives next year. Thank you!

My fiance is thinking of coming on his K1 visa and getting married and then filing for AP to be able to go back and work on the paperwork for his children so he can bring them to the US with him. Is this feasible? Will the USCIS grant the AP for this reason?

I have healthcare through the healthcare.gov marketplace. The government pays for some/most of my monthly insurance cost. When my fiancee arrives here, and before she gets her green card, will she be able to join my plan or get her own insurance? I'm concerned since I believe this is considered government assistance and from my understanding of the I-864, the government won't provide any assistance to her? Would I no longer get deductions on my health insurance if she joins my plan?

I'm a little confused; Is there an income requirement during the k-1 visa process? I've seen mentions of it but its kinda hard for me to understand exactly. I'm right now finishing up the i-129f form so I can bring my fiancee and her daughter to America from Malaysia. Me and her are both self-employed. She is probably best described as living in poverty.

For me.. its very complicated. Last year, my "total income" was technically only $14.5k. But, I also own a house (currently worth $150k) and have a stock account currently worth $47,000. I also have a few thousand in my checking account. I have no debts, aside from ~$50k house mortgage. So I am "income poor" but "asset rich" I guess.

Is that bad, or doesn't matter?
