US Immigration from Kenya

My case 2022AF8*** is still at nvc. I've seen cases from AF region as high as 2022AF50*** already processed but I've also noticed cases as low as 2022AF4** still at NVC. My DS 260 shows complete and I understand documents need not be sent since you can take them to consular during interview. How come so many low cases with completed DSs still at NVC yet high numbers have been processed and approved? Good luck to everyone!

My child case at NVC says civil documents and i894 accepted. But email says I need to send evidence of support. Does that mean now or when they get to interview?

My parents are in the US visiting since December. They both have a valid 5 year visa. I intend to apply for them green cards. I recently filed I-130 on their behalf (acknowledged, but not approved yet). Recently, somethings happened back home in Kenya that requires my parents to go back home. My question is, will my parents be able to travel to Kenya and be able to travel back to the US on their issued visa with the I-130 pending? Is there any forms I need to fill to enable them travel?

Hallo!my spouse's citizenship was denied because we got married after he was granted an immigrant visa but before entry to the u.s.unfortunately An appeal is out of the question for us.How do we go about this?He was petitioned for by his u.s citizen dad.our children i are still abroad.We were hoping to join him but with this going on I don't know what to think.please help
