Does Genocide count as grounds to expedite case?

Would school visa be ethical in the mean time while waiting for K1?

Anyone have actual data or links that show if the backlogs will get better or worse?

Do we have an excel spreadsheet of Request to Expedite. Reasons for approval vs denial? If not, do we have a page that shows this?

What DQ dates from NVC is Nairobi Embassy working on currently? This will help most of us on approximation and expectations. Patience is a virtue that USCIS is teaching us.

Does anyone know how long the Nairobi Embassy is currently taking to schedule interviews? We were approved by the NVC in April and are trying to get a sense for how long the wait is going to be (we originally submitted our I-130 back in Feb 2021, so this whole process has taken almost 1.5 years so far!). We're applying for a CR1 visa -- I'm the sponsor (US citizen), he's from South Africa but living in Kenya / applying through that consulate.

Hello, For subsequent W2s from my petitioner after 2020 DQ and before the interview, will i need to upload and update those on the CEAC platform (on the Additional AOS supporting documentaion, Add document tab) or will those be presented at the time of the interview to the consular officer? If presented on the CEAC, will that alter my DQ date? Thanks a lot for your responses.
