Question, for the I-864 page 5, questions 24a, 24b and 24c (asking for last 3 years taxes). Have any of you NOT entered in all your tax years and still sent it in? Any issues for those who have? (Im ready to file those years. My CPA is out with the virus and this is the only thing holding us back going on 3 weeks...we don't want to wait anymore)

My husband filed an F4 application for his brother 5 years ago. The I-130 still has not been processed; we received notice that the application has been received but there has been no further movement. His brother had a visitor visa and visited us in the past (over 5 years ago). That visa has now expired. Is it possible to renew the visa for another visit or will he need to wait for the immigration process to complete?

Hi all, My husband had his CR1 interview here in Amman on Sept 16, 2020, and were unfortunately placed in AP. I am here in his country staying with him as we are expecting our first child in the next couple months. I am making plans to give birth here, however, I want to know if this will negatively affect anything to do with my husbands visa while we are in AP? Will I need to file anything regarding the birth of our child within the visa process? Also, if anyone has experience regarding timeline of filing a CRBA I'd love to hear- I'm hoping its not as lengthy as the visa process. Because my cut off date to fly is soon, I am hoping to make the decision of whether to fly home or give birth here. Thank you!
