I am currently in the process of filing AOS for my 9yo son. My husband did the petition online a week ago. My question is, will he be granted a SSN before the petition is approved as I'm doing his filing concurrently. He's adjusting from a B2 overstay

I got DQ may 19, and still no interview date. Anyone else waiting and what date were you DQ?

Hello VJ family

Has any one had to see the ASC manger before being fingerprinted for name change? I recently did my biometrics and because I've added my spouse name on all applications, I was directed to the acs manager for verification of my documents. He took quite a while with them but i eventually got them back and was directed to go wait to be called. Did anyone encounter this issue and were there any discrepancies after? Thanks for your help guys.

Has anybody tried to do a walk in for biometrics at the Phoenix, AZ office?

We got the biometrics appointment, but we will be out of state at that time.

Just wondering if we can bring the biometrics appointment letter and proof of being away during the scheduled appointment to allow us to do it on a walk in basis?
