Ok well my divorce is set for dec 1 . My husband does not want the divorce and i do not know why. I want out.

We haven't been married and living together 3 years and never filed taxes together and he got 10 year. But the week he got 10 yr visa he filed for all kids and applied for citizenship. So he's moved on but i do not know why he don't want to come to divorce court. I hear they maybe looking into our cass.

I had my n400 interview on October 07/2021. I passed the civic test, history test, and English test. however, I need to submit RFE.

the agent started the questions about my application. She stated that she notice I answered yes. That I owed the IRS tax. I told her my husband and I have a agreement payment plan, with the IRS. She then asked to see the documents. I gave her what I brought, which was the payment plan agreement, and how much we currently owed. She said this is not what we are looking for. And proceeded to say she s going to mail me a RFE letter and it will state what she needs. I thought what I had would be enough.

I received the RFE letter 10/15/21 we are trying to get the available documents needed

If anyone can help in this matter we would greatly appreciate it. I guess my questions are

If I download a company of our tax return transcript would that work?

Next step would also be to contact the IRS office for a interview. To get the following.

a signed agreement payment plan.

a signed agreement of how much owed or complete payment payed.

a signed copy of our filed tax return. 1040. If transcript can t work.

I have uploaded the RFE letter of what they re requesting.

Sent I 130 for my parents yesterday. How long will it take for approval?

Hi guys a had my N-400 interview this morning it was all that good but wasn't bad ..I still have my i751 pending since 2019 and the officer said she was only doing the n-400 and not the i751 as it will need to be reviewed and maybe called in for an interview..she didn't ask much questions as I filed as devorce she only asked for devorce papers and if I had my kids birth certificates I told her no,she then said I passed my citizenship testing but a decision can not be made I asked why can't I get a combo she said it's only for n400 but while asking questions she was going in and out of my i751 as it was right infront of her.she wasn't mean but not that friendly..she ask what was one of my address that we lived and for my dear life I couldn't remember it I only remember 2 of the numbers and its 4 numbers smh we lived there back in 2017..I feel so depressed, this what she gave me and said I may get called back in for interview or oath

Hi, I haven t seen a forum about sept 2021 submissions. So here we are, hopefully we can help one another because information on these things are so limited these days.I ve submitted my documents Sept 30. Does anyone know what times to hear back, or anyone submitted in Sept and already heard back from NVC .
