In form i485 it states “Are you applying for adjustment based on the immigration and nationality act (INA) section 245(I) ? Does this apply to a k1 visa holder? And also which one should I choose yes or no? your responses are greatly appreciated

We got married in 2021 on the K1 visa and now we want to file for the adjustment of status(I-485) ,I-765 , and I-131 but the problem is he worked and he’s the head of household. Also we filed our tax married-jointly this year. Will it affect the filing process? Do we need an attorney?

How Can I find the A-number to put on the I-485 (Adjustment of Status) from transitioning from the k1 visa status? Also this is for a Jamaican k1 visa holder. Your responses are greatly appreciated.
