US Immigration from Jamaica

We are preparing my son AOS package. He's adjusting from b2 visa and I am stuck a bit. So my husband annual salary has moved up since 2021. In my aos package that was submitted lat February, we input his annually salary at 41k which was written on his employment letter however he did work more than than because he's privileged to lots of OT. His paystub at end of year 2020 stated 47k. So this year 200k now, with the same job his ending paystub says 52k gross.... Do we put this figure in the annual income section of the i864 or do we put back what the job letter states? I asked this question because an immigration consultant who is helping me say I should not put the 52k because I do not have a transcript to relate to the new figure. Hello all. I just wanted to share with everyone that our I130 was approved and we are moving on to the NVC stage after approximately 8 months of waiting patiently. Now I have a few questions. I m not working at this moment so I would need to have a joint sponsor. Question is should I use my mother who is married with no dependents or my brother who is single with no dependents? Any advice would be greater appreciated. Oh and do I need to submits my financial information as well when I use a joint sponsor?

So my original submission date is Sept 30

i submitted an expedite Dec 20, it was approved with conditions (pending dq) Dec 22.

I received an FE Dec 30 (add W2 for joint sponsor) which I m confused about because W2s isn t a required document so long as you submit a tax transcript . My joint sponsor makes way above the required amount.
I submitted the requested document 1 hour later . Do I go to the back of the line ? I see some posts saying yes and some saying not always.
nvc says they can t tell me when they will look at the document it depends on their volume ..

Can I call someone else to see if I can speed up the process ? Or I have to wait another 2-3 months ?

I recently naturalized and turn on my card. Applied for passport for son and I and got them. I got a letter in regards to turning in my son's green card but I misplaced it and don't know the address to send card. If anyone here got a letter like it and would like to drop the address I would be delighted.

I was wondering if anyone can give me some insight on this process. I been married to my husband since 2015...we filed for i-751 to remove the conditions in 2019. We sperated shortly after that 2 years ago and he moved to another state and changed his address. I believe because he changed his address it made uscis send him an interview for both of us to come in at a Florida office because that's where he moved to. Well I refused to go to the 1st interview, he did something (rescheduled). After several months went past they sent him another scheduled interview letter for September of 2020...I again refused to go. Well since Covid-19 hit I'm pretty sure he told them one of us had Covid-19. I'm not sure what's going on now (the truth)...all I know he is trying to may mends and move back into our home. I'm not sure if he has received another appt or not...I don't believe anything he says. He has not received his 10yr green card and i do not know if his temp has been extended again. Do anyone have insight on something like this? H
