US Immigration from Jamaica

I m Jamaican. I came on the j1 programme twice. I stayed out of my country for two years after my first programme. I was not subjected 212 E on that programme. I however I m back now on a new programme and I m subject to the requirement I want to get a waiver only for this programme. Do I need to submitted both ds forms for the two programmes or just the one I need the waiver for? I can t happened to find my old ds2019 form.

My son and I moved to the US from overseas. I recently became a US citizen through naturalization. Now I want to apply for passport for my son because he meets the criteria. His dad is basically out of the picture and lives overseas. I know when applying for minor passport both parents need to be there. Does this rule appt for permanent residence my in minor? Any advice or comment on how I can get over this hurdle would be greatly appreciated.

'I am filling out the i-130 for step child. I selected child when it asked about relationship and selected step child as the description.

Now I am getting an error because I didn't attach anything for proof of parent - child relationship even though I added the requested evidence for step parent - stepchild relationship.

can someone please advise what I did wrong?
