I’m in the USA. I’m adjusting status. But I will file AOS later this year. update: I called USCIS and they said I should upload a letter explaining the situation and provide the information missing to the online platform. Thanks for all your help.

Good day if ANYONE could help me I would be grateful. I submitted my i130 online yesterday. I am currently looking over the pdf and part 4 item 59 is missing. I am absolutely certain I filled out this section. I am worried sick since I’ve seen this. Is this normal for the online system? Should I write letter about this or contact someone at USCIS? What should I do in this situation. All help would be appreciated.

Hi Joni, how did you resolve your missing ds problem? I’m facing a similar problem now. -
I’m Jamaican. I came on the j1 programme twice. I stayed out of my country for two years after my first programme. I was not subjected 212 E on that programme. I however I’m back now on a new programme and I’m subject to the requirement I want to get a waiver only for this programme. Do I need to submitted both ds forms for the two programmes or just the one I need the waiver for? I can’t happened to find my old ds2019 form.
