US Immigration from Jamaica

My daughter who is a US Citizen filed an I130 for me in September of 2020. I have since created my CEAC account, submitted all requested docs and paid all fees. its now 2023 and i am thinking that the police record may be expiring soon and still no interview date. I really do not understand the timelines being published as I see no where that it takes 3 years to complete the processing for an IR5. Can you please say if there is anything I can do to speed things up?

Has anyone had this issue, I filed my AOS in December of last year and have yet to receive any text or mail with receipt number I ve seen person who filed in January and got there info in a couple days. I m hoping this doesn t mean my docs been lost in the pile

Can a green card holder (mother) file for an unmarried son over 21 who overstayed his visitors visa?

my friend entered the border in august and got released on his own recognizance ,my question is can he file for adjustment of status after a year ?

1. the box checked on the released form was [you are an alien presented in the united states that has not been admitted or paroled}

2.he planning to file asylum now because he went to court and the judge says he needs to file the form .

My girlfriend suffered abused from here husband hence she file vawa April 2021. She hasn t received any work permit bcuz her lawyer put c31 however she recently found out about it and refiled in September 2022 still no word as yet. She has gotten 3 prima facie and no RFE thus far.
She s overwhelmed and been waiting for the longest time any advise I could share with her please?
