US Immigration from Jamaica

I've been reading for a while in these forum and I'm thinking about something. Upon reading most of these posts, I'm seeing over and over somethings about custody so imma go ahead and explain my situation. I'm a LPR by marriage and I have a son from a previous relationship. We were not married however in the beginning of my pregnancy, he wanted me to do away with the child. I did not follow through with his request and now my son is 11yrs. So my son is currently in the US and doing AOS, my son and his father does not have an ongoing relationship because he grew up seeing me only since he was 3yrs old. When his father left at that time, we did not have any communication as well as he didn't visit the child nor provide for him and still isn't providing for him. Since there was no initial custody agreement between myself and his father, could this be classified as a case of abandonment and/neglect if in case immigration asks for any document pertaining full custody of the child? If yes, what can be submitted if RFE for it. His I-130 has already been approved with the evidence given by my husband from 2021. Currently awaiting further instructions for the AOS. I look forward to the responses

Good day, my new Tax preparer made a major error on my 2021 tax filing. This was amended & submitted to IRS Dec. 29, 2022. Has anyone recently did an amendment & how long did it take for IRS to accept? I need an IRS Tax Return Transcript (specifically) urgently & don't know what to do. Sigh

I got my citizenship last year in October through Marriage. Last month i.got promoted and now make double what my wife makes.

Unfortunately, my wife decided to leave her job and for the last few weeks, I have been paying all the bills and this is too much. I have complained but to no avail.

Am grateful to my wife because I got citizenship through her but the truth is I cannot continue paying the bills 100%.

Things are not looking good and am thinking of divorce. This is a hard decision for me and I know she may feel that I used her for papers but that is not true. If she decide to get a job and help with the bills am ready to stay in the Marriage.

My heart is bleeding as am writing this. We bought a house and bought 2 vehicles together.

Things are not looking good. Should we be divorce, I don't wanna around . Am a stronger believer in marriages.

Should our marriage end, I wanna look for a wife to continue my life. However am not sure where on earth my next wife might come from.

My question is should my new wife be out of status or outside of the US, am I eligible to petition for her since am already a US citizen without any issue?

My daughter who is a US Citizen filed an I130 for me in September of 2020. I have since created my CEAC account, submitted all requested docs and paid all fees. its now 2023 and i am thinking that the police record may be expiring soon and still no interview date. I really do not understand the timelines being published as I see no where that it takes 3 years to complete the processing for an IR5. Can you please say if there is anything I can do to speed things up?

Has anyone had this issue, I filed my AOS in December of last year and have yet to receive any text or mail with receipt number I ve seen person who filed in January and got there info in a couple days. I m hoping this doesn t mean my docs been lost in the pile
