US Immigration from Jamaica

Has anyone gotten divorced during the AOS portion with a shared child? When your husband/wife goes back to their home country what does custody look like?

Hello-

My brother s stepmother filed a I-130 and I-485 on his behalf. She received an RFE in December asking for the affidavit of support form and supporting documents. She responded to the RFE, but she made an error by filling out an expired I-864. Needless to say he got a denial. We want to know what the best option is for this case. Should we file a motion to reconsider? Can we just file a new petition? I have attached pictures of the denial letter. Please help

Good day if ANYONE could help me I would be grateful. I submitted my i130 online yesterday. I am currently looking over the pdf and part 4 item 59 is missing. I am absolutely certain I filled out this section. I am worried sick since I ve seen this. Is this normal for the online system? Should I write letter about this or contact someone at USCIS? What should I do in this situation. All help would be appreciated.

Can the Petitioner of the I-130 submit other forms concurrently? Such as I-864? If so, can someone beak down what forms can be added besides the

I-130A?

Also, do I have to date the I-130A or leave the date blank along with blank signature? Thanks!
