US Immigration from Jamaica

I am trying to get information on how to proceed.

The foreign spouse was issued a J1 visa in 2020 and expired in 2022 (with covid extension) and seeks to file the AOS packet. Will she need to file the J1 waiver form and/or the I-601 forms? There is a note written on the visa that mentioned the 2 year residency requirement that was not fulfilled due to being an overstay.

So I'm married to a USC for 4 months now,we dated back in 2019. I originally sent my forms(concurrent filing) 3/23 with USPS(i don't recommend) and it was supposed to arrive 3/25. The Package finally arrived 3/28. Got one text message on 4/4 saying they have taken action on my case. Got three emails saying the same thing. I checked my account and all is there,but my i485 says "Your case status is unavailable at this time" . When I put it in case tracker and lawfully it says invalid.

Got all 4 txt messages 4/5 saying they received my packet with the i797c to follow in the mail. I was able to see my i864,i693 under the i485 under documents. Some items are missing but that's okay! My PD(priority date) is 3/28/2024. My i485 still is unavailable and invalid. I'll give it a week. If nothing, imma contact uscis. I'm also on DACA and was able to get legal entry thru AP last yr May

I m not sure if this is the right place to ask but I would like some help in getting some information as it relates to what I can do.

I filed a vawa application like 19 months ago, with the application i filed adjustment of status, advance parole and Employment authorization. It has been 19 months, my lawyers had filed an expedition request which they denied because they said I didn t meet the requirements.

I was married to a us citizen that cancelled my i485 application this my reason for filing this application. I have been waiting 19 months for an Employment authorization.

i got a notice on December 26 that uscis received my i765 application and they are currently reviewing it. They did also notify me that they will be using my old biometrics.

what can I do to get some answers about my Employment documents???

My son filed a petition for me while I m abroad. I was slapped with a misrepresentation case that of which I need to submit a waiver. The thing is my son is not classified as a qualified relative. My son father and I has been thinking about getting married after I came to America. In this case is it ok to marry while IR5 is pending at the embassy and while being married my husband can be the qualified relative. What are your thoughts ?

I was hoping to get some thoughts on what s going on. My wife went for biometric appointment on 3/8/24. On 3/11/24 an approval of I-765 was uploaded in the document section. The original I-765 approval was received via US mail on 3/15 with social security card following shortly after on 3/16/2024. However as of 3/25/2024 case status has remained case is being actively reviewed as of 3/8/2024. We did receive an email on 3/20/2024 saying are case was transferred to our local field office. Any insight on what is going on that can be offered would be appreciated.
