Great day! After AP, my Jamaican fiance's passport was returned and the embassy requested to file a waiver and court documents. He has a 10-year-old larceny in Mandeville. Has anyone completed a waiver? Are there reliable resources on waivers? Does anyone know the process for requesting court documents in Mandeville Jamaica? Does it cost anything? Any information will be appreciated. Thank you.

Great day, Our refusal status language has changed. Our interview was in October 2023, we were requested to provide a police report, Impediment form, and Passport. We finally figured out how to go about obtaining the documents after the runaround for 3 months because Jamaica does not provide clear and concise information and instruction. So, we turned in the information last month, and understandably our case remained in the same refused status since our interview in October 2023. Our status has changed about 4 times since February 20th. My question is; what is the difference in the refusal languages? Thank you kindly.

Great evening all. Has anyone notice that the other processing centers along with California seem to be processing the I-129F? Last month when I looked at processing times the only option was California now there are other options for the other processing centers has anyone been transferred? I can't seem to find any updates on the website.🥰
