Hi is anyone at the same situation as me I got approval in December and until now I'm still at nvc .. people that got approval couple months after me/same as my date and they already in trans / got interviewed.. I tried calling and emailing the nvc but no explanation from them.

I'm US Citizen, I filed out the I - 129F Form in the middle of January 2021. I received the first note of receive on middle March. I wondering when it send to Qatar or United emirates will either of those embassies processing the k1 visa for iraqi people. Without prement resident of Qatar or United emirates. I talked with the US embassy in Ankara and they told me, that my fiance need to be either turkish citizen or has prement resident in turkey to be able to processing the case.

Any idea how long will takes a J1 waiver under persecution category?

interview date : December 28

location : Abudhabi/UAE

I attended my interview and after the interview the CO asked me to upload all the documents that required in the interview again in CEAC website because they re not shown in their system and he said that my case will be in administrative processing, since that time I got nothing about my case .

Did any of you experienced such a thing in the US embassy of Abudhabi ? Any idea how long time they take usually?
