US Immigration from Iraq

I'm getting mixed message even from our lawyer. My fianc e just arrived a week ago on a k-1 visa. I'd like to get her health insurance asap. If you're a k-1 visa sponsor, you know that we all have to sign an "affidavit of support" promising that our fianc will not become a public charge by using programs paid for by tax dollars. (Not to be confused with Trump's "public charge" issue that has been dropped..) I cannot put my fianc e on my work insurance. She is a medical professional. When she can work, I'm sure that she'll have good insurance. Question for now - If we purchase health insurance through the ACA marketplace, will that count as violation of my affidavit of support? I'd love replies from others who have already discovered the solution for themselves. Thanks!

Planning on switching from Abu Dhabi to Ankara, case is still at NVC and not the embassy. How long does it take to switch?

Hello, I'm just trying to gather information on how long its been taking people to get an interview letter at Abu Dhabi. That way it will give many of us atleast a vague idea of what we're looking at. I'm also very certain that people from third countries, especially ones listed in the UAEs travel ban that leaked out last year are not able to enter the UAE and are not getting interviews at the moment. Anyway if you can, share your visa class, DQ date, priority date, and date of interview that would be great. I'll got first:

DQ: October 2020

Class: IR1

Priority date: November 2019

Interview date: nothing yet

My wife lives in Iraq so I'm sure that will effect her getting her interview longer than UAE residents so I figured I'll add that.

I applied for green card replacement and I really need identification to apply for drivers license. Can I use my old green card while waiting for the new one to be issues? If not, what options do I have?

I just submitted my husbands I-485 on Saturday and have now realized that I overpaid (included fees for I-131 and I-785). I ve read it will be rejected and sent back. His I-94 from his K1 visa expired on Wednesday. What can we do to fix this? Is he in jeopardy or deportation?
