Hello all,
How long will it take to get the biometric appointment for N-400?
And would be possible to travel abroad and stay for 3 months even if you haven t done the biometric?

My CR1/IR1 case has been expedited and file has been received by US Embassy in Ankara, Turkey.

US Embassy Ankara, Turkey informed me that once Beneficiary has been in Turkey physically for 14 days (COVID restrictions) they would schedule interview.

I have sent them proof of this several times and I have not heard back from them.

Has anyone else run into this problem?

Should I just keep trying to make an appointment online via https://ais.usvisa-info.com/?

There aren't any appointments available on https://ais.usvisa-info.com/. Has anyone been able to obtain appointments via this website?

I keep reading on VJ that many Embassies release interview date openings at the end of the month for the next month. Are they accessible on this website?

Has anyone had better luck calling the embassy directly?

I appreciate any insight on this situation.

I-130 for whole my family. My mom and youngest brother and sister together. My other sisters and brother married and have kids. Do I have apply for each family separately right? Just for mom and youngest brother and sister one case right.

My name is Azad Ismail, i am the petitioner and my spouse is the beneficiary. I am at the NVC stage and i recently submitted all my forms. All forms which were submitted got accepted. My forms, my joint sponsors and my spouses. The only form which was rejected due to non-clarity was my proof of US domicile. I have been living abroad for about 6 years and have been married for 3. I have been living abroad temporarily and still consider the US my permanent home. I hold US bank accounts and renewed my drivers license last year with my new physical address (my mom and dads house). My mom and dad recently moved 2-3 months ago. I received a message from NVC that stated Azad might not have a principal residence or be domiciled in the United States. Please submit proof of domicile. I Submitted my drivers license. What should i do? Thank you guys so much, youre always helpful. Mad love!

i just submitted all the required documents online NVC

im just worried about the priority date thing, what is it? i know its the date we first filed, but will this effect us? will it cause any severe delays?

how long do they usually take after receiving all the documents to schedule an interview?
