US Immigration from Indonesia

USCIS issued us a 10-year Green Card after AOS in Nov 2019, but should have issued a 2-year conditional GC (K1, marriage May 2018). We have just learned that we need to have them fix this error using an I-90 submission. Will this timeline jeopardise our ROC submission window, which is quickly approaching?

Timeline:

April 2018 - entered on K1 visa

May 2018 - Marriage

Nov 2019 - AOS interview

Nov 2019 - received 10-yr GC (a few days later)

Feb 2021 - Just realised it needs to be fixed and changed to a 2-yr CGC

Aug 2021 - ROC window starts

Nov 2021 - deadline for ROC

How are the I-90 timelines for fixing a USCIS error, given the pandemic?

If the corrected GC is not received in time, do we submit anyway for ROC with copies of the I-90 submission and NOA attached?

Can someone help me understand what my PD is ?? I m looking at our 797C Notice of action and for the I-485 where it says priority date it s blank. has anyone tried to apply for a mortgage using the expired green card with the extension letter? My USC husband has a terrible credit score so we want to use mine to apply for the mortgage but I m afraid that the mortgage people will not take the extension letter. Anyone able to share their experience?

So my beneficiary completed the medical test in February 2020 and when he requested the appointment for the interview, the Embassy closed because Covid. In January finally was able to secure an interview with the Embassy for next week. Are they making allowances because of the lock down on the Medical exam now one year old? Any one has any input? Thanks
