Can someone help me understand what my PD is ?? I m looking at our 797C Notice of action and for the I-485 where it says priority date it s blank. Do I not have a priority date or did I get lost in all the cases? We have gotten up to the point where my wife had her biometrics appointment and now waiting for the combo card. What should I do ??

Hello my wife had her biometrics appointment 2 months ago and still haven t heard anything about our combo card (AP/EAD) does it normally take this long to receive it ??

has anyone tried to apply for a mortgage using the expired green card with the extension letter? My USC husband has a terrible credit score so we want to use mine to apply for the mortgage but I m afraid that the mortgage people will not take the extension letter. Anyone able to share their experience?

So my beneficiary completed the medical test in February 2020 and when he requested the appointment for the interview, the Embassy closed because Covid. In January finally was able to secure an interview with the Embassy for next week. Are they making allowances because of the lock down on the Medical exam now one year old? Any one has any input? Thanks

Hello I just wanted to know if my now wife is able to travel to Puerto Rico. We got married already and her k1 visa expired. We have already filed the I-485, I-765, and I-131. She doesn t have her combo card yet but she already did her biometrics but it hasn t been approved yet. Has anyone gone to PR. It sounds like there shouldn t be a problem but I m still trying to see if anyone has done it already?
