We got a text saying it was received February 10th and we filed it 2/4 and I haven’t gotten an extension letter

Hello looking for suggestions we submitted our documents for I-751 and received a letter that they will use the biometrics from last time. That letter was sent out 2/14 and as I’m looking at different timelines I’m seeing that it seems within a week or two that people get 48 month extensions. Is there anyone I should call to inquire about our case status? I have an online account and it still shows fingerprints are being applied. If it helps our case is with LIN are they generally slower? I’m just getting concerned because my wife won’t be able to work or travel soon since her GC expires at the end of March.

Ah ok so do people usually get their extensions after USCIS say that they will use the fingerprints from before?

Yes I included both fees and it was already charged to my credit card for $680

Hello we filed our I-751 and got a notice in the mail (797C) that they are going to use the biometrics from before. I’ve seen with other cases people posting that they have gotten the fee and got 48 month extensions. Our case is with LIN. Am I supposed to get an extension in the mail for 48 months after them sending they received our case? Aren’t the biometric fees supposed to be waived? I’m a little concerned that all I’ve gotten is that they received my petition and didn’t waive the biometric fee with no indication of extension.
