US Immigration from Indonesia

So one of the things I need to bring to the interview stage is a criminal record history/check indicating past criminal record, in which thankfully I have none.

But not only does it ask for it from the local police station (ottawa, canada), but it is also asking for criminal record check from my country of origin (indonesia), which i spent only 2 years as soon as I hit 16+.

this process will be slightly convoluted since it requires for my fingerprints to be sent there somehow from the local police station.

my question is, are they very thorough during the interview stage? will there be possibly any delays if I do not have a criminal background check from my country of origin?

Has anyone had any issues applying for a Schengen Visa (for tourism travel) when your Passport has your maiden surname, and Green Card has your married surname? Will the EU accept a copy of the marriage certificate to prove name change?

Hi guys i received request evidence for my wife spouse visa it that letter from USCIS stated include duplicate copies if you requesting consular notification? What that mean? Can anyone help?

If i were to look into getting into work in the US without waiting for the ~8 months of waiting time (no work!) after successfully doing K1, would CR-1 Visa help at all to fasten things up? I read that processing may take 7-9 months, but would it be smarter to just wait to receive a green card when I am done with k1 or would it be smarter to apply for CR-1 so I can work faster?

(or am I just misunderstanding CR-1 in general??)

so I did filled K1 Visa end of 2020 then we had a moment sick of LDR and what make it worst is pandemic cov19 so then he did cancel the petition on april 2021 his lawyer said that the withdrawal wouldn t bother any kind visa issue in the future. And I finally get approval from college in Texas that supposed to be join school on January 2022 and so that I came to the embassy to get my visa student then surprisingly that they reject my visa without asking my school stuff they said that the petition my K1 visa still haven t withdrawn and it was a month before expired they said the can t approve my visa I told what happened to my ex the. He came to my country then we got married this January, we ve been back and forth many times for the last almost 4 years and so that we legally married in indonesia, and it seems that we have a fight that makes him want to cancel the petition my CR1. If he cancel my visa CR1 would that big issue for me that I will never gonna return back to USA? Since he likes to keep my name bad in USA Immigration. I m so scared that I ll be in the Black List name in USA Immigration government.

please help me
