I am USC and in the process of sponsoring my brother and his family. Currently they are in the US visiting me and will return to home country after 6 months of visit. As I have him in GC process, could his tourist visa be a problem if he visiting again in the future? Let me know if anyone has this same experience. Thank you!

What should we do after we get our green card?

hi everyone I just got my green card but inside has no SSN..

I do click on wanna get my ssn with my green card when I fill I-485 form.. should I wait for it or should I go to SSA office?

I make and hope other can avoid is filling I-864 (READ CAREFULLY AND FILL ACCORDINGLY) ( that I didn t do ) and didn t include my medical check up when I send my I-485 package

hi all.. may i ask i got my 1st active reviewed massage for my i-130 on 5 April 2023 and today uscis send me again the massage that my case being active review again... what is the meaning of it? is my case being approve soon? i already done my biometric for i-485 and i-765 last month.. but hasn't receive my biometric for i-130...
