US Immigration from India

Hello! Its been about 15 years since I dealt with immigration stuff, so forgive me for being rusty!!

After losing our only living Parent, my brother and I would like to live closer. So I m trying to get his stuff going. I see that I need to fill in 1-130 and provide needed documentation, but I don t see anything else that I need to fill in for him or his spouse. When do I pay the fees and when do I provide financial info and stuff? The guides aren t clearing things up for me, so I would appreciate any guidance. We re from India so I m curious if anyone knows how long the current wait times are?

My fianc arrived in USA with a K1 visa on Feb 05. I'm going to apply for her SSN tomorrow (Feb 17). She only has a first name as given name on the passport. On her K1 visa it has FNU as first name, and her name as last name. My question is when I fill out the SS-5 do I use her first name only and leave the last name blank or do I use the name as shown on the K1 visa FNU FirstName?

Conditional green card expired 18 months ago and we applied I 751 more than 20 months ago . Now my license expired and law enforcement agencies are not able to clarify anything on it . They just gave me SAVE case number 2 times . But still waiting. Someone advise me to request with senators to get details on it . Also trying to get appointments with usics but they denied that .
so can anyone advise what will be the next step to get status on that I-751 and get the license

I know it s early in the game and we probably have a lengthy wait ahead. Just wondering if there are any July 2022 filers out there at the Nebraska service center.
