I am filling out I 864 for my parents. Of course there are 2 Seperate I - 130 for both of them. What I am confused about is Do I file 2 I 864 seperate for them or mention one as principal applicant and other as family member? (But they are not derivative)

second thing is about household size, our household size is 4 + 2 for my immigrating parents but if I am doing separate I 864, it would show 5 on each form is that correct? Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone waiting for AOS interview (marriage based or otherwise) from Charlotte NC area have got an interview date.

My 485 was updated to show ready for interview in Feb but still waiting for an interview date update and letter.

I have EAD valid til Feb 2021, but want to gauge which filing dates are being called for interview at the moment so that my interview date can be estimated. Worst case, may have to file for another EAD based on 485 pending 60 days before current one expires.

Confused about 90 day timeline

Hello,

My marriage date is Nov25 , spouse got conditional green card on Dec 25th 2018, expires Dev 25th 2020. However I am confused with below statement - should I consider Aug 25th as 90 day barrier or Sept 25th ?

You and your spouse must apply together to remove the conditions on your residence by filing Form I-751. You should apply during the 90 days before your second anniversary as a conditional resident. The expiration date on your Green Card is also the date of your second anniversary as a conditional resident.

Also we are about to travel outside US and return Dec 11th 2020, will that be a problem while the application is in process ?

I am reviewing the form filing guidance on USCIS website (link). One of the items state:

Quote

If you have any attachments, make sure each attached page has your name and A-Number (if any). You may also number the pages and include the total amount of pages being attached (for example, page 1 of 11 ).

What exactly counts as an attachment? Any page that is not an USCIS form? For example is the copy of the beneficiary/petitioners birth certificate an attachment? If so, they I think I will be writing my name and A# on literally 100s of pages. I am even thinking of ordering a self-inking stamp. Thought I will ask what you all think before I went ahead and ordered a stamp.
