what is the processing time shown on your online account?

Hi. It says 9 months.

hey any update on your case? did you send k3?

Yeah, our processing time is now 5 weeks. K3 didn't do anything.

Any further update on your case status? Mine NOA1 was 17th Jan 2023 and since one week showing longer than expected time messages from Nebraska SC.

Ours has been on "taking longer than expected" for many weeks now. I don't think that revision of estimates down meant anything. I'm not expecting any movement until Jan.

Hope you must have got NVC welcome letter and started NVC process. I have one query for you. What did you (as a beneficiary) fill as mother's surname at birth in family section of DS 260? Whether you put beneficiary's mother's maiden name or current name present in passport? And in I130a also same exact name was mentioned for beneficiary's mother?
Kindly let me know. Somwhat confused...

Hey, our fees are still getting processed, so we haven't got to that part yet. But if they're asking for mother's surname at birth, then that has to be the maiden name, right? Just checked my I-130A and I did put in her maiden name, not the current/passport one.

Thanks for prompt response and all the best for rest of the NVC process.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
