Its already been 2 and half month my Spouse been on US in CR1 visa. Her Green card hasn t arrived yet. Her friend who entered in US at the same date has already got Green card in 40 days. Do anyone know why it s taking this long for her?

Lost Renunciation Certificate, can I obtain a copy or will I need to restart?

9 Years of struggle with USCIS has finally (for the most part) has come to an end. I would like to thank visajourney for the help & information with my GC application and saving me the trouble of hiring a lawyer. It took a year but I finally have my card in hand and that too without an interview. I hope all the genuine applications still waiting for their approval get their cards asap as well!!

Does anyone here have experience with filing a re entry permit within the past couple of weeks? Or are u planning to?

I wanted to get an idea on how long it's taking to get a biometrics appointment after filing. Any help is appreciated, thanks
