Hey guys so I got a RFE for a passport photo of myself . I send it and it was delivered on July 15 2021 but Uscis has not updated that it has been received yet. Anyone have a delay of when Uscis updates received RFEs . Anyones RFE not update till after the deadline as well? Waiting for Uscis to update they received my package and update my case status .

Our Oath ceremony got cancelled and they said because of unforeseen circumstances they have cancelled the oath ceremony. They said they will be sending another notice with further action including rescheduling of the oath ceremony.

has this ever happened to anyone?
please let us know.

So last week, I had issue with my SIM. It was stolen. I immediately called cricket wireless to get it suspended. What they ended up doing is completely shut down my account.. (yeah, that's what prepaid service do to cut corners)

Anyways they asked me to buy new SIM and get it activated. But none of support guys were able to revive my account, and eventually asked me to start a new number.

I had my biometrics appointment completed yesterday. (I don't know why I forgot to ask them to update my number) When I called the USCIS number, they said they can't update it but they will get Technical department to call me. And I did not receive any call back.

Now how do I login to my account? It always ask me to enter code sent on phone or run a backup code?

I am going to file my AOS application soon and I have a small discrepancy in the place of birth in my passport v/s birth certificate. In my birth certificate, the place of birth is listed as "Village" along with the district and state. In my passport it is listed as "Village North, State" where the North is coming from the district name. Will the presence of North cause any issue in my AOS application? Any help is appreciated.

I am currently in F1 and I entered the place of birth as "Village North, State" in my OPT application since I was sending the passport in.

May 27, 2021: Sent Application Package (I-130, I-130A, I-131, I-485, I-765, I-864)
May 28, 2021: Application Package delivered at USCIS Chicago Lockbox.

No update after that , Anyone in similar situation ?
