Just follow the rules

All air passengers coming to the United States, including U.S. citizens and fully vaccinated people, are required to have a negative COVID-19 test result no more than 3 days before travel or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 in the past 3 months before they board a flight to the United States.Jul 9, 2021

i booked united , British airways, Emirates they all cancel my parents flight because of ban on IR5 visa,i already lost $3k in flight cancellation  ,idk what to do .

Call before booking to see if IR5 is allowed to travel. Make sure they bring all supporting documents from official sites (airplane, embassy, etc) that shows they can travel. Although K1 is allowed, we had to provide a ton of supporting docs for him to travel
