Hello I have a question my fiance had to travel to another country to get police report since he lived other places his interview is in Santo Domingo how old can police report be it will be about two months old. Does it have to be 30 days?

Hello all I'm trying to find anyone that have been denied for not having the marriage certificate for Haiti. I got the rfe and worth help i sent in the paperwork they give to file for immigration and they totally denied my I-130. I want to cry but Haiti only give out marriage certs every year although we are on top of getting it. I was denied because they said i didn't send them what they wanted in time. I did the paperwork from the national archive until the certified certificate we can get. I know other people used this same paper and they were approved. They say i can appeal but how when i have the same paperwork I'm so upset I don't even know how to appeal. Any thoughts or suggestions would help. Thank you in advance

I received a text message saying that uscis mailed me a rfe for more evidence. I am not sure yet what they ask me. Anyone received one recently. I am a little disappointed. Can someone also tell me what commonly requested by uscis for k1. I'll greatly appreciated y'all help.

I am helping a family member fill out the I-134 Affadavit of Support for the k1 visa.. Question #38- I intend/do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person marked in part 2 (beneficiary) I imagine I would check off "intend" is this correct? And then do I add an addendum on what specifically he would contribute? Housing, etc..

I did some searching through the boards and couldn't find it. Any help is much appreciated!
