US Immigration from Haiti

so I just checked my i130 case status online and it says your benefit has been accepted and is under review . Does anyone know what this could mean ? Does it mean they re at least looking at the application ?

File i 129 in November 2018, approved in 4 months, prolong wait for NVC to ship due to unrest in Haiti, finally had interview on July 31st, was place in AP with no explanation, 221g stated further review needed, till today nothing. Every email/call made is informing us to be patient and they will contact us. Anyone currently going through AP care to share some light.

Hello all i would like to know with re-filing do I have to show 5 years of a relationship (I sent the first time but for #3 people that was a bit much) with my husband or can I just start from engagement 3/2018 wedding 11/2018 and summer trip 6/2019? Also I would my forms go back to the same service center? I been looking for days in the search some come close to what i am asking but the years are way way back. I am sure things have changed since then. TIA

I'm confused my fiancee recieved a letter from nvc saying that application has been sent to embassy in sSanto domingo she needs a letter to get her police report from haiti does this letter come from embassy after we fill out the ds160 form or will the letter from nvc work please help

So hubby is applying for Citizenship (based on 3 years marriage to USC) and we need to provide proof of citizenship for me. My certificate is with my maiden name, which I did not change. (BTW, do I have to???) I know I could also send scan of my passport which I just renewed last month to have new last name (I know, long overdue, but laziness!). What would be best to provide along with his application? Any insight will be greatly appreciated.
