Hello! Im about to send my husband application for AOS, but we haven t yet a joint bank account as evidence, my question is should i wait to have it to send the application or i can send it? Thank you for any advice

Hello! Im filling AOS for my husband, 2020 income is over the 125% of poverty guideline but the 2019 and 2018 are not.
So do i need a co-sponsor? Or just the 2020 income is okay.

Hey All- so I m assuming the spouse can t be the translator for the k1s AOS interview so they will have a phone translator. Is there a form that has to be submitted by the translator? Does the applicant/officer just call the translator at the beginning of the interview? Thanks! Happy Easter!
