but in the Ups receipt I see,

At the end they put 6 instead of 7.

is anyone having this issue?

On my marriage certificate vs my husbands birth certificate, his mothers name is misspelled on the marriage certificate (Haiti filing errors for you) . ( first name is missing a letter so are the middle and last name) i filled out the i130 & i130a according to the marriage certificate & the i130 has been approved . Should my husband get his birth certificate changed to match the marriage certificate (or vice versus, his mother is deceased) or is this not a big deal?

Saw a post on her a few weeks back about fast processing at Nebraska center, i crossed My fingers and hoped for the same & i can happily say my i130 was approved yesterday 4/29!!!
Much faster than expected now i need to gather NVC documents

Hello! Im about to send my husband application for AOS, but we haven t yet a joint bank account as evidence, my question is should i wait to have it to send the application or i can send it? Thank you for any advice

Hello! Im filling AOS for my husband, 2020 income is over the 125% of poverty guideline but the 2019 and 2018 are not.
So do i need a co-sponsor? Or just the 2020 income is okay.
