US Immigration from Haiti

My fiance and I have a child together. On the DS-160 part it ask if my fiance has any children. Well when we applied I was pregnant at the time with his first child. When I clicked on yes, it ask about the child and will he be traveling with his father. Should I just say no to the question where they ask if he has children?

Hello everyone, did not think I would be doing this a second time but here we are. I went through this process (k1) more than 10 years ago with my ex husband. My ex husband and I separated and divorced before his I485 was approved (from my understanding his I485 was not approved due to lack of evidence since we separated early in the marriage and he moved to another state and I eventually processed the divorce, he also have refiled his I485 on his own). My questions for you guys are, has anyone gone through this situation before and what can I expect. We have not file any paperworks yet, because we're deciding on wether we want to go with k1 or I130. Although marriage is the priority right now. However, we've been together going on 2 years and I have traveled a lot to Haiti during that time, so cost is adding up and it would be amazing for us to actually live together.

Someone recently received a new appointment date after the interview canceled on October and November 2021 please???

Hello, my husband is 2 years into the process for a marriage based immigrant visa. We are awaiting his interview date. They are still a few years behind on immigrant interviews at the Haitian embassy so it will still be a while.

Haiti was just added back to the H work visa program this year. Now I am wondering if he would be eligible to apply for an H-2b visa while waiting the interview for the other. We have a business that is willing to do the process to employ him in the US already.
