CSPA Question

Hello everyone! I was hoping you could help me with the following question. My uncle asked for my father to have a visa under the F4, and the priority date is August 2, 2007.
I was 13 years old on the priority date.

In this month, there were some changes to the visa bulletin, so we can use the Dates for Filing Chart instead of the Final Action dates.

In July 2020, the Dates for Filing Chart on F4 became current (15 AUG 2007), and at that time, I was 25 years 10 months old. I was looking for information about CSPA, and if my priority date was August 2, 2007, and the notice date on I-797 was October 15, 2010, I believe the pending time was 3 years 2 months. If I subtract 3 years from 25, I'm 22 years 8 months old CSPA age.

Does this mean that I'm ineligible for a visa? I filled out both my parents' DS-160 forms, and I also filled out mine. Additionally, I was able to pay fees, and as of today, everything is accepted on the CEAC website. We are only waiting for the interview letter and dates.

I'm worried that maybe I will not be eligible. Literally all of my father's family lives as citizens in the US, my sister and niece also live as permanent residents in the US, and probably both my father and mother will get their permanent residence in the US. Practically, all of my family is going to be there.

Is anyone in a situation similar to mine? If I'm already accepted on CEAC, does that mean I'm protected? Did I just pay fees just to get a "no" as an answer? Is there anything I can do?

The I-129F packet for my fiancée contains a mistake.

A correction needs to be made to page 8 of I-129F: "Have you and your fianc (e) met in person during the two years immediately before filing this petition?" Even though we were unable to meet due to COVID-19, I mistakenly marked it as "yes."

I hope this is the right place for me to ask for some advice on what to do in this situation. Since I am a deaf person, English isn't my first language. In essence, I misread the specific requirements for filing the I-129F. Upon reviewing my I-129F packet, I realized that I did not meet the two-year requirement for meeting in person. Proofs I provided included airline tickets, passport stamps, and photos of my recent Guatemala trip when I visited my fianc e on October 20. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were not able to meet in person for the prior two years. In my packet, I didn't include the request due to the hardship in my situation. USCIS received the case on October 31, 2022 and mailed it to my home address with the receipt number. Due to the lack of meeting in person within 2 years, my application would obviously be rejected immediately. How can I request a waiver from USCIS? In addition to my deafness, I also lost a job as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and had to receive Social Security Disability and unemployment benefits. Instead of waiting for the RFE (Request for Evidence) letter and taking the chance of being denied, I think it makes sense to correct my mistake. Your advice on how to submit the waiver request for 2-years in-person meetings would be greatly appreciated.

Unable to upload joint sponsor I-864 to CEAC after consulate interview

My husband already had his consular interview. The consular officer said we needed a joint sponsor, then to upload the joint sponsor's I-864 and supporting documentation to the CEAC, and then to mail the original documents and my husband's passport to the embassy.

We have all of the necessary joint sponsor documents. When I went to the CEAC website to upload them, I saw that there is no tab or option for uploading joint sponsor documents. I contacted U.S. Travel Docs, and they said they can't access the CEAC to help us and to maybe just try sending the documents to the embassy.

I know based on others' experiences that the documents are required to be uploaded to the CEAC first, under a joint sponsor tab or drop-down. If I upload the joint sponsor's documents under my profile (petitioner), will they be rejected? Or, who can I contact to enable the joint sponsor tab? It appears the NVC doesn't have anything to do with things after the interview has taken place.
