Today I had a live chat with a representative from uscis and I was told my case is in California. Initially the case is being processed at Nebraska, then my noa1 shows Texas at the bottom of the receipt.
He told me California is the only center in the system that tell him where my case has been since I filed. Does it mean the uscis website is not reliable anymore.
Moreover, the case is being reviewed since January 13th

Can I sign the Form I-864 electronically or do i have to print it out and then scan it back in again.

Hello,

I got married last year in Ghana to my fiancee and when when filling tax this year, my tax guy said since my wife is not here and we don't have an ITIN number, its best I file as single. I did listen to him and filled as single.

My question is, would this cause an issue when I send my paper work to the NVC or at the consulate stage for the interview please. Do I need to do a tax amendment.

Or is it okay since she is not here. Please I need help please.

So I got married last year in Ghana to my fiancee in February and when I was filling taxes this year, I still put in there as single. Would that cause any issues please. My tax guy said it wouldn't matter because she is not here in the states and I live here in the states.

Hi guys.

I will appreciate any good response. Filed my n400 last year July and received a letter for biometric reusing in January but still waiting to be scheduled for interview. Does anyone know how long it will take to schedule interview because I have a trip coming in 3rd week of April. Don't want to risk missing appointment.

Can anyone give me an idea of when to expect that. My service center is CSC.
