US Immigration from Ghana

Am writing on behalf of my son who s immigrate visa has expired two years ago . He went for the interview got the visa but because of his academic work and he was also selected to join a national under 15 basketball team so he couldn t relocate to the United state . But after two years he has decided to come to the United state but his visa has been expired. My question is where should he start from ? Should we start everything afresh or contact the nearest embassy if he can reapply .

Good day guys, so I want placed on 221g since Nov 25 2024 due to medical result delay, and just this week my my case has updated 3 different days continuously but it still says REFUSED, can someone please explain to me what could be the reason. Is that a good sign? Thanks

I received a K1 FTP letter that has my case number but no invoice ID number. How do I pay fees so that my fiance can schedule his interview? What is the website to schedule interviews? His case status says "ready" and he has completed his DS 160 application. Will I the petitioner receive the welcome letter? Thank you

Hello guys, I have a question, I have been a member of this page since 2017, due to people suggestions and support I was able to get my visa back in 2019 and currently as we speak am a proud united state citizen, but my question is, my girlfriend is currently pregnant and I would like to invite my sister on B2 to come help take care of the baby/babysit as we both work.
