US Immigration from Ghana

I have a long term B1/B2 visa issued in Ghana by the US consulate. I have used the visa a cuple of times for visits to the US for work related actvity and visit friends. I am intending to tie the knot with my girlfriend (US resident) in December 2022. My current B1/B2 would still be valid by then. I need advice if I can enter the US ith my B1/B2 visa for our marraige ceremony or should I apply seperatelyf or a K1 visa for this purpose? I intend to move to the USA after our marriage and looking for the best scenario to ease the whole process of moving ahead. Thank you!

Western Union gave me a money order for $500 and one for $180. Has anyone had to do this and did USCIS accept your $680 fee this way?

My husband went to his interview on June 23rd and was told the case was approved however because he forgot our marriage license as well as the medical report hadn't been received they put the case in refused status pending additional documentation. My husband sent the marriage license via DHL as well as confirmed receipt of the license as well as the medical report.

Our status recently went from "Refused" to "Ready" with verbiage about scheduling an interview.

What does that mean? He already went through the interview.

Here are the updated numbers for June. K-1s are up for June 2021 compared to May 2021. IR-1s have been relatively stable for the past 3 months but still significantly below pre-pandemic levels.

Has anyone had luck with their case making it from NVC to the Ghana consulate this past month? I should be really close to the front of the line for K-1s at the NVC but my case still hasn't moved to Ghana. Makes me wonder who they are interviewing, as previously stated in my other post, it seems like they should have run out of cases that were at the consulate prior to the shutdown.

Hi everyone please I m about to submit my birth certificate on CEAC. My dad who is the petitioner has a change of name and has a affidavit from USCIS to support that. Currently the I bear the surname on the change of name documents
Should I attach my dad change of name to my birth certificate and upload on CEAC( as in 2 pages . Page 1 will be birth certificate and page 2 will be charge of name) or I should upload the change of name as other documents.Thanks
