Hello great people. Can someone here update me on the 2021 DV selectees. My brother was selected but haven t heard nothing till now and a friend told me they canceled all the 2021 winners. I don t know how the is that. Can someone who have information about it update me here pls.

I was not included in my spouse f4 petition process because we've married for 6 months now. Her visa is approved now at Nigeria consulate. She just informed the co of her newly acquired husband.

So how can i join her later in the US. What is the best possible way.

Hi y all , I just received my 2 years green card last week . My husband has become verbally and emotionally abusive and now accuses me of marrying him only for green card . This is absolutely not true . He threatens me of separation and I don t know what to do . What can I do in case he separates/ divorces and I have to remove the conditions on my card in 2 years

I m back once again seeking an explanation as to how my older sister s 1R-2 visa changed to F11 visa class.

Our father petitioned for us in 2017, when we were both 20 and 17 respectively. Our case was created in 2019 and then completed the NVC stage in 2020. Our interview date was scheduled for November 2021, however, my sister sent an email asking for a cancellation and rescheduling of her interview because she s out of the country atm on a student visa in a different country. I just checked on NVC and noticed that my sister s visa class has changed from 1R-2 to F11. She s 24 now and I m 21 now. And mine is still 1R-2

can anyone please help me understand what exactly is going on? I believe we are both protected by CSPA

Am writing on behalf of my friend who s residing outside the United States but he s a citizen of this great country .. He met a lady about two years ago and good for them they had a baby but they are not married couples yet .

The lady has been to the American embassy twice to Obtain a visa but unfortunately he was denied in all the two occasions. One was a tourist visa and the other one was a fianc e visa with somebody my friends has no Idea about .

my friend has an intention of bringing the lady and the baby to this country since he has been offered a job opportunity in America .

my question is , what kind of visa do you guys think my friend should apply for the lady and the baby to avoid another refusal. Thanks .
